Born in Vaudreuil-Dorion, Quebec, Andrew Hainault is a 24 year old central defender who plays with the Houston Dynamo. Capable of playing as a centre back and at both fullback positions, Hainault is currently in his 3rd year in Major League Soccer and he has become a key member of a Dynamo squad lead by Head Coach Dominic Kinnear. At the International level, he has been capped 18 times by Canada, with his most recent appearance with the National Team being a 1-0 victory over Belarus in which he scored the lone goal.
