The Canadian Women's National Team are ninety minutes away from advancing to the Finals, but most importantly earning a spot in the 2012 Summer Olympic Games. All that is standing between them and London is Mexico, who Canada has defeated sixteen out of eighteen encounters.

This is the match head coach John Herdman has been gearing towards, as making it to the Olympics is another positive step in moving on from the World Cup and continuing positive momentum.
