Against Houston Dynamo, Toronto FC soared. Despite some mistakes early, Toronto looked the most unified they've been all season. With an amazing performance from Jozy Altidore and strong support from the likes of Marky Delgado and Canadian-rookie Raheem Edwards, Toronto came out on top 2-0.
The Opening 45
Despite some uneven play, Toronto were able to come out of the first half on top, thanks to a pair of goals scored by Jozy Altidore, with help from Delgado, Edwards and Sebastian Giovinco.
While dominating possession, Toronto's midfield sloppiness would lead to several Houston chances. Luckily, Erick "El Cubo" Torres, Alberth Elis and Alex were shutdown by Alexander Bono and Toronto's defense (with Nick Hagglund providing a key block).
This ain't your grand pappy's Dynamo TFC just beat.

The Second Half
Seeking to recover, Houston came at Toronto hard in the second half, subbing in a trio of attack centric players. Among them was Romell Quioto, the Honduran international who scored the goal that beat Canada in World Cup qualifying.
Despite the increase in pressure and outshooting Toronto greatly, Houston were unable to get passed Alex Bono, who nearly gave Toronto fans a heart attack following a collision with Elis at the 70 minute mark, and Toronto walked away the winner.
Man of the Match
Jozy Altidore
With 2 goals on 3 shots, it's hard to pick anyone else.
